When you pay for an item, once payment is received, your items will be sent out within 3 working days using Royal Mail 2nd class. If you require your item/s sooner then please do contact us for an ammended postage option for an additional cost.

Postage costs are £3.50 for UK delivery. Please contact us for overseas postage costs. All questions will be answered the same day Monday to Friday.

Returns can be made by first contacting us with your name, address and details of the item you are returning along with the reason. We will then reply with details of the return address. Buyers are responsible for the return postage. All returned items must be in the condition they were sent out to you. Only the item price will be refunded, not the postage. Once the item is received, then a refund will be issued into the same account it was paid from. Buyers are responsible for the returned item until it reaches us so always keep your proof of postage safe.

Where you see Pre-loved in the item description, this means the item is not brand new however, is in excellent condition and means you can always look your best at a fraction of a brand new items cost.
